Enter and maintain accurate data for customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping activities using advanced Excel skills.
Collaborate with teams to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Verify and reconcile data to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in advanced Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
