Job Description
As Senior Executive in our BPS team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:
• Experience in accurately calculating sales incentive / payroll within TAT with relevant controls
• Verification of sales incentive workings with supporting documents for approval by other stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders for obtaining necessary inputs and query resolution
• Experience preferred in Pharma / Medical devices / Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to manage large volume of data seamlessly & with quick turnaround
• Experience in MIS reporting
• Knowledge of Excel Macros, Power BI, Python will be preferred
• Proficient in working in IT tools to retrieve information, generation of reports etc.
• Experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy of processes
Qualification & Experience
• B.COM/ M.COM/MBA/BSc/MSC (Statistics)
• Certification in Advanced Excel (MSCIT)
• 1-2 years relevant experience
Other attributes
• Experience in BPO/KPO industry preferred with client facing role and responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Able to quickly grasp and work on new IT tools
• Experience in Power BI, Python preferred
• Able to work under pressure and multitask
• Team worker
• Willing to travel as per client requirements
• Workplace model - at office location (all working days)
