We are Hiring an Inside Sales / Business Development Executive (North American Market) at Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park) Bangalore.
Job Title: Inside Sales / Business Development Executive (BDE) - Staffing Sales (USA Market)
Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generating new leads, and new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, nurturing relationships, and following up to close out sales deals.
• Identify potential decision-makers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and nurture client relationships with Contingent Workforce Managers, MSP Program Managers, Procurement Heads, VMOs, CIOs, Supplier Diversity Leaders, and other Industry experts to uncover business opportunities.
• Facilitate and set up meetings with prospects for the SMEs, participate in a joint call, and assist them in bringing the deal to closure.
• Passionate in achieving weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly targets for the inside sales team.
• Cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound call center/inside sales experience, or related sales experience knowledge is a plus
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to have constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, and sales activities in sales CRM.
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 0.6 - 1 year of Inside Sales or Business Development or International Voice Process experience covering the North American Market
• Experience in International (American Region) as geography (USA Market) Lead Generation is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM is Huge Plus
