Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the organization's MIS infrastructure and databases.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and generate reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
• Develop and implement data entry and retrieval processes for the MIS.
• Provide technical support for MIS-related issues and train end-users on system usage.
• Design and generate ad-hoc and periodical MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and customize the MIS accordingly.
• Optimize the MIS to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with technological advancements related to MIS and recommend system enhancements.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of MIS software and hardware.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining MIS infrastructure and databases.
• Strong proficiency in database management and data analysis.
• Excellent IT troubleshooting skills to address MIS-related issues effectively.
• Proficiency in report generation using tools like SQL, Excel, or other reporting software.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and training abilities to educate end-users on MIS usage.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
