The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to generate insights that support informed decision-making. Candidates with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Management: Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Report Generation: Create and generate periodic reports related to business performance, sales, operations, and other key metrics. Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data analysis.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, orother data visualization software. Customize dashboards to meet the specific reporting needs of different departments.Quality Assurance: Implement quality checks on data to identify and rectify errors. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing data management and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data entry protocols and reporting tools. Act as a point of contact for queries related to data management and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferably 0-2 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.Proficient in Advanced Excel, including knowledge of functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights.
