MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities Data Management and Reporting: Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data in the MIS. Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments. System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operation of MIS applications and systems. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users regarding MIS applications and reports. Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding and usage of MIS tools and reports. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the MIS function. Work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline data management processes. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
