Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the EV two-wheeler division. The role involves managing MIS reports, analyzing business data, developing dashboards, and providing strategic insights to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Management teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting
• Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate large datasets from internal and external sources (CRM, sales funnels, production, supply chain systems).
• Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Conduct detailed analysis on sales performance, dealer performance, production efficiency, market share, and customer behavior.
• Support market research with data collection, analytics, and structured reporting.
Systems & Process Improvement
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across databases and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve MIS systems and reporting workflows.
• Assist with integrating data from ERP, CRM, DMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Stay updated on analytics tools, automation techniques, and EV industry developments.
Collaboration & Business Support
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand reporting needs.
• Create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and strategic meetings.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Analytics, Operations, or Strategy is an added advantage.
Experience
• 2–4+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or business analysis.
• Experience in EV, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer durable industries preferred.
Technical Skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Macros).
• Strong MS PowerPoint skills for management-level presentations.
• SQL proficiency and experience in database handling.
• Power BI / Tableau experience preferred.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of sales, operations, and supply chain processes—especially in the EV ecosystem.
