Requirements:

Ø Follow-up, create and maintain installed database of customers

Ø MIS reports

Ø Validate client workflow and engage appropriate internal resources where necessary

Ø Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.

Ø Maintain and update project documents and files

Ø Manage a comprehensive CRM database for organization-wide communication

Requirements & Skills:

Ø HSC or Bachelor’s degree

Ø Proven work experience in a back-office role

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Ø Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes

Ø Excellent organizational skills

Salary: ₹11,414.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month
