We’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up' with a very high growth rate MoM and looking for rockstar leaders to capitalize on the huge demand for our product from corporates who trust Loop Health to manage the health benefits for their employees.Core Responsibilities
• Data Extraction and Data Manipulation: Take ownership in extracting data from our old CRM and other data sources
• MIS Reporting: Managing the data including creation, updates, and deletion
• Presentation of results: Collecting the data, analyzing, and developing the reports and dashboardsProcessing confidential data and information according to the guidelines
• Single point of contact for all data in the sales function, responsible for authentic and accurate information
• Business Knowledge: Develop understanding of the insurtech sales domain/function
Core Knowledge & Experience
• 2+ years of experience as an MIS executive/analyst
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Ability to manage complex data
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred, but not essential
• Basic Knowledge of SQL queries preferred, but not essential
• Good communication skill - verbal and written
