We are searching for an innovative, well-organized WFM & MIS executive to join our growing company.
- Workforce Management and MIS management work to improve workforce management effectiveness by scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and enabling different dashboards/reports.
• Roles and responsibilities:
- Perform continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals/business objectives for a multi-site operation.
- Maintain constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results.
- Produces call volume forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis for multi-site operation.
- The incumbent will be responsible for publishing and circulating all MIS-related requirements like daily / monthly MIS, monthly dashboard preparation, staff performance calculations, collation of master data, etc.
- Responsible for computing staff performance on a monthly basis for employee recognition, incentives, and contest programs
- Prepare and circulate various data for supporting the team.
- Work closely with the operations team for preparing the data and report.
- Automate all input MIS and input data from systems to avoid errors/discrepancies
- Creation of exceptional ad hoc reports supporting executive-level requests for critical business information
- Produces reports in line with the teams agreed on global reporting suite and ensures that they are distributed on time and to quality, against agreed SLAs, using appropriate channels
- Good interpersonal skills, Adaptability to changes in process, and Flexibility.
- 2 to 3 Years of Industry Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in Workforce & MIS Management (Capacity Planning experience is preferred)
- Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Access / SQL, etc, and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.
- Capacity Planning experience is preferred.
- Must be a Graduate or hold the equivalent Degree
