Position: MIS Executive
Location: Bhiwandi.. (Need candidates from Bhiwandi, Kalyan and Thane)
Salary: 15k to 20k

Responsibilities:
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and process data to generate meaningful insights.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
Handle large datasets and extract relevant information for reporting purposes.
Report Generation:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Prepare dashboards and visual representations of data for easy understanding.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
System Maintenance:Oversee the functioning of Management Information Systems (MIS).
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data or system functionality.
Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and enhancements.
Data Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and reporting.
Implement changes to streamline existing processes and enhance efficiency.
Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, reports, and data sources.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
Communication:Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding MIS updates and changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with database management systems.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques.
