Job Description
Follow with assigned customers /supplier of material for timely delivery of the materials.Receiving the stocks, checking with Supplier Invoice Vs Receipt quantity.Preparing Material received report and processing Goods Receipt Note in WMS & SAP. Storing the stocks in respective locations.Passing Daily GRN through SAP ERP , Updating Stock on Hand.Processing orders in WMS & SAP, picking as per FIFO, Processing road permits online, packing as per guidelines and moving to dispatch location.Prepare Invoice required documents.Maintain the Minimum Inventory Level in Store of all Items to avoid urgency purchase and in order to maintain Working Capital.Carried out Inventory & Stock taking activities periodically to do recon to match with system Quantity.Creation of New Customer Code and Supplier Code in SAP.Raise Sale Order in SAP to initiate production.Invoice for orders that are ready for dispatch after production.Generate sales reports & dashboards.
