Collation of all Self-Service Stores open orders for the site and mapping
Ensuring safety stock for Self Service SKUs for the site and sufficiency for the open order
Daily level communication to site team for all Self-Service critical SKUs with cut-off quantity
Master data management for all Self Service Chain accounts/Stores
Promo-SKUs demand and supply tracking
Balancing allocation between MR and Self-Service Channel Customers/Chains
Supply status tracking for OOS SKU/constraint SKUs- no of days OOS and escalation
STO conversion tracking, priority truck tracking and conversion to be highlighted to the DTLL
Weekly service review with DTLL/AE/SDO
Daily level CFR tracking, recon and analysis
Cost optimisation/ Loss analysis for Self Service Supply Chain
