Job Function
The role of the MS Access Developer entails the creation and upkeep of databases, as well as the design of user interfaces. This position necessitates strong analytical capabilities and a firm grasp of SQL and software development methodologies to accomplish vital business goals.
Work Schedule:
Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second and Fourth Saturday Holiday.
Pay
Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 25,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met.

Req. Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Req. Experience:
3+ years of experience designing and maintaining MS Access databases.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in database design, queries development, and report generation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience in software development methodologies and practices is a plus.

Develop and maintain VBA scripts for automation and customization of Access applications.
Integration:
Integrate MS Access databases with other systems or databases, such as SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, or web databases.
Reporting:
Create and maintain reports using MS Access or other reporting tools like SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
Web Development:
Have expertise in web development for creating web-based applications or interfaces that connect to MS Access databases.
