Role :- We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with a strong background in data management and Excel proficiency to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. This role demands expertise in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics and 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Google App Script to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within Google Sheets.
• Design and create interactive and insightful dashboards in Looker Studio by integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Create dashboards using looker studio from multiple data sources and work on app script in google sheets
• Responsible for managing and maintaining data in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
• Provide training and support to team members on Excel and data management best practices.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Google App Script for automating workflows and data handling within Google Sheets.
• Strong expertise in Looker Studio for creating dynamic dashboards with data from various platforms.
• Hands on experience in data analysis, MIS reporting and creating dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, google sheets and other data management tools.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• 0-1 years of experience in a similar MIS or data management role.
