Job Title: MIS Executive – Excel/Data Reporting

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting key business data, ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate reports and dashboards
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
• Perform regular data analysis to track key business metrics and KPIs
• Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential areas of improvement
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in the data
• Design and implement data systems and tools for efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting
• Support senior management and department heads with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis as requiredEnsure timely delivery of all reports and data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and data management processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data reporting role
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and Charts)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Experience with Google Sheets and other cloud-based tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates based in or near Mansarovar, Jaipur are preferred
