- Candidate must have very good hands on experience on Excel (Lookups, Pivot, Logical Function, and Advance Filter, Condition Formatting, Data validation, Google sheet as per Requirement )and working knowledge of rest Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint and word certification in any tool is an added advantage.
- Good in preparing MIS Report. Perform data analysis for generating reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Manage client inquiries on phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address and resolve grievances.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
- Assisting client service manager with the day to day operations to generate exceptional client service experience for utmost client satisfaction.
