Designation: MIS Executive
Process: US Healthcare
Shift Timings: UK Shift (1 PM to 10:30 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)
Work Location: 5th Floor, Infocity Tower 1, near Indroda circle, Gandhinagar
Required Skills:
2 years experience in core reporting/analytics
Experience in building dashboards
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate know of SQL, TSQL would be an added advantage.
Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Data warehousing concepts would be given preference.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Report Generation & communication to Operations on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports
Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders
Design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data.
Work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work.
UAT/Testing/QA of Automation tools
Maintain a proper schedule of reports.
Maintaining the reporting database up to the mark
Any other activity assigned related to reports
Competency:
Ability to think creatively.
Ability to collaborate with team members.
Close attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Ability to formally document processes.
