Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:
Fabcott Textiles Pvt Ltd is looking for an MIS Executive to develop and maintain basic systems for data management, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Sheets, App Script, and advanced formulas to streamline company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Google Sheets-based reports and dashboards for different departments.
Write and maintain Google Apps Script to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Optimize formulas, queries, and conditional formatting to enhance data handling.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and automate error-checking mechanisms.
Assist in designing workflow automation for PO generation, production tracking, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the team to improve reporting structures and simplify manual work.
Maintain and document all scripts, formulas, and processes for easy reference and future scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, XLOOKUP, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure large data sets for easy analysis and reporting.
Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Experience in garment manufacturing or similar industries (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing basic MIS systems for business operations.
Knowledge of Google Forms, Drive integration, and automation.
Exposure to ERP, inventory management, or production planning systems is a plus.
