Job Title: Operations Automation Specialist
At Sleepmax Bhagwati Foam Limited, we seek an experienced Operations Automation Specialist to join our team in Wadala, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Google Sheets-based systems for tracking production, sales, inventory, and performance metrics by utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
• Write, debug, and maintain Google Apps Script to automate reports, alerts, and dashboards, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
• Create custom forms, validation workflows, and data sync processes between multiple Google Sheets to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports with clear visualizations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity, perform error checks, and ensure real-time updates across all systems to guarantee data reliability.
• Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions that meet business needs.
• Train internal teams on the effective usage and upkeep of Google Sheets-based systems to ensure maximum adoption and ROI.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
• Strong command of Google Apps Script for automation, with ability to write efficient and scalable code.
• Ability to translate business logic into efficient spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and reliable data analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to identify and resolve errors quickly.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is a plus, but not required.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle cross-functional coordination with various departments.
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in B.Sc, B.Com, IT, CS, or Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS roles, with focus on Google Sheets and automation.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or retail operations is preferred, but not required.
