Remuneration: As per industry standards
Role & Responsibility:
Respond to all queries from customers and drive relationship with them
Increase sales through providing relevant information in a timely manner to customers/clients
Identify Prospects from existing database through cold calling/email/whatsapp
Generate new leads through social media/email/whatsapp marketing
Manage all data in CRM system
Update product information in company website/catalog
Generating monthly reports for clients
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in similar profile with any ecommerce company
Good command over English – verbal & written
Business Writing ability
Outgoing Nature, Ability to interact with people is a plus
Basic Knowledge of all major social media platforms & internet
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail
Problem-solving aptitude
GraduateRoles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with Trade & Business Partners
Keep in touch with them to receive orders and follow up on collectibles
Keep them informed about new products, services, schemes etc.
Handling inquiries / complaints from Customers, targeting the satisfactory closure
Responding to Customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Gather customer feedback and share with Management
MIS reporting and analytics
Skills & Competencies :
Energetic, motivated and self driven
Working knowledge of MS Office & Internet
Good verbal & written communication skills
Past Experience in similar role in a product distribution or sales driven company
Graduate in any stream

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
