Coral Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading service provider of translation, e-learning, and localization engineering. Headquartered in New Delhi, India, we have three years of experience in executing full life cycle projects in over 100 languages. Coral is well known among the global companies for translation and localization of e-learning, training materials, software UI and UA, mobile phones, graphics and multimedia, user/help guides, and web-based applications. We have localization experience with complex and bidirectional scripts, such as Indian, Asian, Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu.
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Processing & Interpreting data to get actionable insights.
• Responsible for the administrative and technical functionality
• Developing the computer system in a way that is user-friendly for the team and other employees
• Troubleshoot for issues related to Operating systems, network issues, and software up-gradation or installation
• Check and ensure systems are updated and perform system diagnosis repair and update at regular intervals
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You have at least 1-year experience, ideally within a Data Analyst/MIS Executive role.
• Must have Good Knowledge of Advance Excel.
• Good Typing speed (Min. 30 WPM).
• Basic knowledge of HTML would be an added advantage.
• Good command of shortcut keys.
• Knowledge of internet surfing.
• You have good presentation and communication skills and the ability to present your findings clearly and accessibly in the form of reports and presentations to senior colleagues.
• You possess basic knowledge of HTML.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
