Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's information systems and technology infrastructure.
Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of information systems and data.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with various departments to identify information system requirements and recommend technological solutions.
Support end-users with technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the information systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system enhancements.
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and provide insights to management.
Assist in training employees on the effective use of information systems and technology tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience or relevant coursework in managing information systems, databases, and technology infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), SQL, and data analysis tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Previous experience or internships in MIS or related fields is a plus
