Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems (i.e., system development and upgrades, application interfaces, data entry, reporting, and data archiving); provide technical support to end users; and train users
• Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to ensure successful achievement of all systems objectives
• Evaluate and test new software upgrades and implement according to project plan
• Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required
• Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet users needs
• Provide technical advice and support to end users
• Manage and coordinate MIS team members
• Lead and monitor MIS projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
