About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Analysis of monthly/weekly spending and revenue data, identifying the issues and the errors and working with the team to solve for them
2. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email requests
3. Work closely with operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
4. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
5. Extract data into spreadsheets and prepare monthly consolidation of accounts using analytical and excellent spreadsheet skills
6. Preparation of monthly financial MIS (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)
7 Creation of multiple Excel-based dashboards for reporting and analysis of
finances/revenue/payments
8. Analytical monthly variance reports comparing budgets VS actuals and apply analytical reasoning skills to identify reasons for variances
+. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external clients
10. Superior analytical skills practiced at drilling down to transaction/ workflow details
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
2. Good written and verbal communication
3. Basic computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, and outlook
4. Good team player & with strong analytical skills
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel user
6. Specialist in MS PowerPoint, Data Analytics
7. Good in quick problem solving and inter personnel Skill
8. Preparing and maintaining daily reports in Excel
+. Should be proficient in excel skills i.e. (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table
10. Should be a self-starter, have a passion to get things done, and have strong articulation and reasoning skills with clarity of thought
11. Should demonstrate timeliness, responsiveness, and adherence to deadlines
12. Good written and verbal communication, frequent in mailing and resolving cases
13. Should be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbers
14. Should have a good working knowledge of using Excel
15. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required
16. Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions are required
