About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain constant communication with team members and management to ensure proper operations of multiple revenue projects
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors and deliver excellent service to internal & external customers
• Partner with cross-functional support terms in improving the process & systems for the smooth execution of revenue verticals
• Generate & distribute MIS reports in an accurate & timely manner
• Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations & easy data management
Required:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in data management
• Good proficiency in MS Excel & amp systems
• Ability to be flexible & handle difficult situations
