Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Advance Excel to manage, analyze, and present business data effectively. The role requires creating reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, and analyze business data from various sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and formulas for business insights.
Automate reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.
Generate ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Validate and ensure accuracy of data before sharing with stakeholders.
Identify trends, variances, and patterns in business data to support decision-making.
Coordinate with different departments to gather data and ensure timely report submissions.
Maintain databases and ensure proper documentation of reports and processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Advanced Formulas, Macros preferred).
Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for presentations and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau (optional but preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce/Science/Management/IT or related field.
1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive or in data analysis/reporting role.
Experience in Excel automation and dashboard preparation preferred.
