MIS & ERP Management Executive Number of vacancies: 4 Industry Type: - Building, Material & Infrastructure Experience: - 1-2 Years Age Limit: - Below 30 Years Salary: - 2 Lac Per annum. : We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in IT or computer science. As an MIS Manager, you will work out of our main office. The primary responsibility of the role would be to provide strong technical support, manage the environments, data sources, development life cycles, and reporting tools and technologies. MIS Executive Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system
• Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
• Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
• Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
MIS Executive Skills and Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in IT, computer science, or similar
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as MIS executive
• Experience managing a team
• Expert handling variety of software applications (Tally, Excel)
• Excellent diagnostic skills Able to train junior staff
• Strong leadership abilities and management skills
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Maintain a strong relationship with key groups
• Motivational and communication skill
• An empowered team member, a process-oriented thinker
