What this job involves :
Duties & responsibilities
• Liaise closely with onshore finance team and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for AP/vendor setup /Maintenance, Invoice Processing, monthly closing process/bank reconciliation/report analysis. Ensure all AP related accounts are reconciled accurately in a timely manner.
• Creating database triggers for automation, e.g., automatic email notifications
• Creating table indexes to improve database performance
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-
• Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Developed macros to facilitate the collection of data, the set of reports and redefining of data values to be chatted.
• Complete Access Database - Restructure - Troubleshoot -VBA - and SQL (Structured Query Language) Code - Build Custom Forms and Reports.
• VBA Modules include complex Functions to loop thru form controls, VBA code working in conjunction with SQL
• Statements to manipulate data.
Sound like you? To apply you need to have:
• Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in AP and VBA, SQL, MS Access.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Team player and yet able to work independently
• SAP, PeopleSoft or Large Scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
