Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights to management.
• Generate periodic reports on sales, production, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Streamline data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Support management in decision-making by providing comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of proven experience in MIS or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, database management, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong analytical approach.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or gemstone industry is a plus.
Salary: Starting at 22,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
