In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Management Information Systems (MIS). You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare all types of MIS reports (monthly, weekly, and daily) and submit them within deadlines.
• Analyze business information to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Work closely with all department heads to analyze data and generate insightful reports based on historical and forecasted data.
• Recommend and implement updates to improve the efficiency and consistency of MIS reporting.
• Perform regular data analysis to generate reports.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management.
• Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
