Results-driven MIS Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. Skilled in managing inter-departmental coordination, MIS reporting, and workflow tracking using MIDAP. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-based productivity tools for preparing dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. Adept at ensuring timely execution of tasks, maintaining documentation logs, and improving operational efficiency through automation and smart tools and has hands-on experience with Rahul Jain’s BCI coaching tools. It is a powerful opportunity for performance-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage task delegation and tracking across departments using MIDAP
Maintain a centralized due-book tracker with reminders for compliance and payments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
Coordinate between site engineers, purchase team, and accounts for smooth workflow
Maintain document logbook (physical & digital) with proper referencing
Utilize AI tools for drafting reports, data summarization, and improving workflow efficiency and PPT
Track critical metrics — KRAs, KPIs, SOPs — and enable data-driven decisions.
Present insights in leadership review meetings using visual techniques and root-cause analysis through BCI methods.
Lead data automation efforts (Excel macros, Power BI, Google Sheets) to streamline MIS processes.
Mainly working on BCI FMS, PMS, IMS, Google App scripts
Coach or mentor team members on Midap & BCI productivity tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience:-
2–5 years of MIS or similar role experience.

AI Tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, MS Copilot (for reporting, data analysis, and automation support)
Direct familiarity with Rahul Jain’s BCI methodologies — ideally via training or certification.
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Good communication and follow-up abilities
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Admin, or related fields.
Certification or hands-on training in BCI-aligned programs and MIDAP
Nice to have Education: BCA / MCA
Candidates staying at a distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Salt Lake Sector V are only preferred
Age 24 to 28 years
Salary range 21,000 -25,000 per month
