We are looking for PC & MIS Executive for our Client Organization
Location: Newtown
Qualification: Graduation
Professional Skill: MS Office (Advance Excel), Google Sheet (preferred)
Experience: 1 year
Shifting Time: 10:30-7:30
Salary: Upto 20k
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure processes are running efficiently.
2. Work with various departments to optimize workflows and improve overall productivity.
3. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to reduce costs and enhance quality.
4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
6. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with them.
7. Develop, maintain, and update the MIS system for accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.
8. Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support management in
decision-making processes.
+. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize business operations.
10.Ensure data integrity and consistency within the MIS by conducting
regular audits and validations.
11.Provide training and support to staff on using the MIS tools effectively
