About the Role:
Join us as an MIS, and you’ll make sure we can give accurate and insightful Management Information our clients, vendors and internal central management team. This is a role that’s about driving performance–and shaping our approach to global recruitment challenges. And because we’re big on creating home-grown leaders, it’s also an opportunity to develop and progress rapidly.
Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management information to our clients and our Board
• Ideally looking for 5 – 15 years of experience.
• Work closely with the Leads to provide any analysis they need
• Work on VBN and Macros and must be well versed in advance excel.
• Experience working in MIS reporting working on Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR operations.
• Process quarterly audits of cost centre approvers and report distribution lists with the nominated client representatives
• Provide quarterly vendor statistics so we can assess their performance levels
• Deliver account analysis and reconciliation information
• Contribute to the preparation process for client reviews to help us ensure we always deliver on our Service Level Agreements
• Notice period - Immediate, Serving notice period, 15 – 45 Days only.
• Graduation is mandatory.
