A Leading Fashion Brand is looking for an MIS Executive.Main Function: Sales MIS: Maintain a comprehensive MIS data in Excel to track and achieve assigned sales targets during specific financial periods, publishing periodic reports for analysis. Financial MIS: Share reports with the team to facilitate the achievement of targeted profits, providing necessary insights and support. HR Functions Report ting: Manage manpower hiring and retail HR functions reports in Excel and portals to ensure smooth operations. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster coordination between various department heads including Front End, Finance, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR, supporting them with structured and ad-hoc reporting requirements. Roles and Responsibilities- Publish accurate and timely reports, maintaining a readily accessible data bank for any requests. Generate and publish reports/dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Coordinate with Operations and other support groups, measuring performance against established KPIs. Provide insights on highlights and challenges for strategic course corrections. Engage with internal teams to identify analysis requirements, address process gaps, and provide regular reports to enhance performance. Draft, check, and store various documents required by management. Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience as a MIS retail executive. Ability to thrive in a start up environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant professional courses.
