Full Job Description
MIS Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing the daily operations of an organization’s management information system (MIS). This role is oriented toward improving performance and productivity through an effective use of information technology.
Main Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive databases and reporting systems
-Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reporting
-Create reports to analyze and identify areas of improvement for the business operations
-Monitor system performance and review logs to identify problems and develop possible solutions
-Analyze data to identify trends to improve the efficiency of operations
-Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Job Requirements:
1) Male & female both candidates are required.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience as MIS Executive.
3) Relevant Experience from any process like Voice/Non-Voice/Chat.
4) Well Experienced at Expertise Level in Ms-Excel
