Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Gather data from various departments and sources; compile and analyze data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
Generate timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Create presentations that translate complex findings into visually appealing and easily understandable formats.
Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Collaborate with IT staff to ensure effective design and implementation of databases and data systems.
Train staff in the use of MIS and other data systems.
