Full job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creating dashboards for all verticals

Use data analytical skills to process data

Understand the program activity calendar for the school

Interface with MIS Specialist to stay updated on progress against the activity plan, to be able to make relevant changes/modifications to the M&E framework

Track, review, and monitor the capture of relevant data for all the programs.

Provide regular feedback to the program staff about the quality of inputs and consult with them to develop necessary reports

Conduct informal/formal audits of the program at an agreed frequency

Create relevant reports required internally and externally as per the timeline

Gather data from IOs and Program Managers to write reports and case studies.

Send case studies to Communication Manager as and when required.

Proficiency is the usage of software tools and new apps which can be creatively used to create dashboards.
