Job Description
The Content and Media team is part of Gracenote, a Nielsen company. It provides entertainment metadata, content IDs and related offerings to the world’s leading creators, distributors and platforms. Gracenote technology enables advanced content navigation and discovery capabilities so consumers can easily connect to the TV shows, movies, music and sports they love while delivering powerful content analytics making complex business decisions simpler.
Key responsibilities include:
● Receive and check TV Listings/program information from broadcaster schedule data with Gracenote's local data management system (CMS)
● Reports discrepancy of TV Listings/Program to concern team
● Running quality check reports over databases as required
● Research and linking of inbound programs to internal databases
● Validation of database information and authenticity of program information.
● Completion of assigned work against specific daily or weekly deadlines for self and support of team
● Self-manage KPI goals on daily
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
● Any graduate with 6months- 1years of experience
● Deep content research skills
● Ready to work in rotational/late afternoon shift and weekend as well

● Logical thought process
Desired Skills
● Well versed in advanced MS Excel (Knowledge Shortcut keys)
Must have:
● Native speaker of the supported languages, English language skills also preferable for internal communication
● Aptness for using Excel and computer software, content management systems and databases
● Strong working knowledge of content standards and procedures or ability to learn it.
● Interest in and working knowledge of the TV industry, Sports is preferable
● Deep content research skills
● Ready to work in rotational/late afternoon shift
