Location: Mumbai. Impact Guru Head Office (Andheri East)
Reporting Manager: MIS Manager
We hustle Monday - Friday (1st & 3rd Saturday)

Under Impact Guru, Policy Guru/Carepal is an Insurtech startup. Insurance penetration in India is a huge problem. About only 20% of India has some form of health insurance. As an individual, you would have had some exposure to health insurance via policy bazaar, an agent who is generally a relative or your bank. Yet, you haven't bought it today. Why?
This is the problem we are trying to solve by creating innovative products in this space.
Purpose of the role
To get the raw Data, Paste it in applicable spreadsheets. Generating MIS Reporting as per company requirement. To prepare the data in excel and near sheets. Preparing reports and analyze the data as per requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
• MIS Executive & Data Analyst.
• Making Data of working process sheet of excel.
• Prepare corresponding & sending regular reports via email.
• Advanced MS Excel Knowledge (Conditional Formatting, V-lookup, H-lookup, IF Function, Count Function, Sum Function, Index Match, Data Validation, Data Sorting)
• Working in excel as per data in Filter, Pivot table, & V-lookup.
• Preparing Reports and Dashboards for client and central management.
• MIS Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly records & data management.
• Maintenance & sharing of Daily /Weekly/Monthly report and as company required.
• Will be required to support other internet software where logical understanding can be utilized for report preparation.
• To get the raw Data, Paste it in applicable spreadsheets.
• Generating MIS Reporting as per company requirement.
• The technique used for collecting, compiling, and storing information and skills for contributing in the manufacturing of quality products.
• Maintain and update records with accuracy.
• To keep records and information about deals with clients.
• Analyze the actual sales versus the projected ones for each department.
• Supporting the field sales team regarding his performance, new product information, upcoming product internal support etc.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop create custom PowerPoint presentations and templates from pre-generated content
• Manage the library of PowerPoint creative materials.
• Built effective database solutions using Microsoft Access based on unique needs.
• Developed and maintained Microsoft Access database.
• Create powerful queries to extract large database information from Excel to Access.
