JD:
1. Coordinate with the sales team and project managers and collect data from various
sources/stakeholders to create regular MIS reports with updates on open points highlighted by
Management.
2. Data cleaning, accuracy check and validation to generate quality reports
3. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the relevant team.
5. Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
6. Evaluating operational processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,
and developing and implementing solutions
7. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
8. Monitoring preparing the operational and client MIS reports on daily, weekly and Monthly
reports.
Leading ongoing reviews of operational processes and developing optimization strategies.
