Skills required – Excel, VBA, Macros, RTA, basic of SQL & Power BI Rounds – BOE Assessment, Excel Test & Final Ops Round Graduate / Non Graduate:
• Graduate
• Understanding of Erlang methodology.
• Hands on experience in scheduling and rostering.
• Knowledge of capacity planning.
• Hands on experience for creating reports on Power BI, Avaya CMS.
• Understanding of seat utilisation matrix.
• Understanding of billing mechanisms
• Experience in putting recruitment, training, and attrition plan together.
• Intermediate Excel skill.
• Knowledge of WFM tools (EWFM Aspect, Avaya, etc.)
