Position Title: Sales Support cum Admin Executive (TMS Payroll) Qualifications: Any Graduate Experience: 1 Years Job Duration:6 Months 1. Executing different events of employee life cycle for sales (Confirmation/ Resignation/ Transfer). 2. Ensure full compliance in all employees Emolument Records, there confirmation & resignation. 3. Accordingly draft their confirmation, appointment, and resignation letter. 4. Evaluation of Performance in value sale for non-confirmed employees for confirmation view. 5. Upload confirmation letter and data records input into SF. 6. New virtual code creation for newly appointed wholesaler. 7. New vendor creation in SAP ( for hotels or other miscellaneous vendors) 8. SAP / SF Responsibilities 1) Authorized for Employee Creation, Transfer, Promotion, Resignation 2) New Employee territory mapping in SAP. 3) Updation of Transfer & Promotion in SAP 4) Remove Resigned employee from SAP Masters 5) Confirmations & related data upload into SF 6) 1ST Approver for New appointment release input in SF for SO_SEData Updation for new joining’s, confirmation. +. Med - manage Return Query Document to Sales Field 11. Making Couriers, Scanned, copied printed, general filing, and archiving. 12. Reports Creation - 1) DSMwise Sales Analysis, 2) Zonewise Sales Analysis, 3) Old Coded Stake, 4) So-Se grth performance, 5) Brand Review - Tuesday meeting report 6) Additional Reports as per requirement. Skills Set: Ø SAP / SF Ø Must be fluent In English.
