Key Responsibilities
Job description Details about the role: Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dashboarding for operations Own dashboards at the team level Prepare quarterly/monthly operations and Business Intelligence updates for stakeholders Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations management
Desired Skills & Experience
Must Have:
Understanding of operations metrics Good understanding of SQL ( Writing queries )
Experience in extracting and processing data using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) Experience in creating dashboards with tools such as Google Data
Studio/ Tableau/ PowerBI Proficient in verbal and written communication in English Self-starter - you learn independently and stay motivated with limited direction Startup energy and hustle - you are comfortable quickly adapting as we build the project Team player Good to Have:
Ability to derive insights from data
