Job Description Business Planning • Sourcing , Collating & Updating Business planning sheets with latest secondary and offtake data and collating inputs to share with field teams • Disaggregating national chain level plans at Brand Level SKU level for baseline, promo, and new launches • Creating formats and consolidating inputs from KAMs | Sales Team for new launches, visibility plans etc. • Updating calendars for Promos, New Launches, and Visibility and Activation plans • Gathering listing details for New Launches/Promos from Brand Teams and coordinating with KEY ACCOUNTS • Publishing Forecast Accuracy and Bias for M-1 and M-3 forecasts MIS & Dashboarding • Publishing monthly reports and dashboards including secondary reports, market share files • Sourcing sell-out, closing stock, fill rate reports and uploading them on Project RISE platform • Utilizing sell-out data to set targets, publish achievement data, and track chain level SKU wise distribution tracking • Tracking competition inputs in terms of promotions, visibility, activations, and new launches through KAM | Sales team Field Communication and In Store Execution • Compiling KA Plan and mapping at account level • Updating Store Masters for all accounts MT Forecasting and Fill Rate Tracking • Sharing Primary, Secondary, Closing Stock etc. with Demand Planning team for enabling Forecasting Key Competencies • Strong Communication Skills, written & oral • Strong MIS and excel skills , Basic PPT Skills. • Strong at following up with different stakeholders • Good business understanding
