Job Description
• Publish standard reports (e.g. OTP reports) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Co-operate closely with business teams and help them with high level data analysis.
• Analyze existing processes and protocols and aid in improving the IT process.
• Monitor key system performance metrics daily and highlight deviations.
• Suggest improvement areas to improve performance and reliability of systems and applications.
• Understand the root cause of problems, trouble shoot and document the same.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Strong knowledge of MS excel, MS word, power point.
• Knowledge of SQL query will be added advantage.
• Sports background preferred.
