Job Description
• Maintain and improve our MIS systems, including databases and data warehouses
• Develop and implement data collection systems and data analytics strategies to optimize the accuracy and efficiency of information processing
• Create reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business analysis and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes and information systems
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and applications
• Develop and implement data security and backup protocols
• Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a clear and concise manner
• Provide training and technical support to end-users as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and other database management systems
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
