must - Candidates should have good knowledge (MIS) Excel
Experience - 1 to 3 years

MIS Executive
1:- Analyse and manage call valume in Real time to ensure Service Levels are met on daily weekly andmonthly basis.
2:- Analyse call volume patterns in real time track planned andunplanned absences,as well as attendance and behavioural issues.
4:- Identify call volume trends
and averages on a monthly and quarterely/seasonal basis.
5:- Create daily/weekly/monthly reports and undertake intradey reporting & other MI operations.
6:- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
