Summary/Objective:
TheMIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing datagenerating reports and providing insights to support effectivedecisionmaking within the organization. The role involvesmaintaining and enhancing the Management Information System (MIS)to ensure accurate and timely informationflow.
KeyResponsibilities:
Collect compile and analyzedata from various sources to create comprehensivereports.
Develop and maintain efficient databasesensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Generate anddistribute daily weekly and monthly reports to relevantstakeholders.
Implement data validation and cleansingprocesses to ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate withdifferent departments to understand their data requirements andprovide support in extracting relevant information.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data qualityand reporting efficiency.
Conduct regular audits of datato identify and rectify discrepancies.
Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in data management andreporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in anyfield.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an MIS Executiverole.
Jewelry industry experience is good tohave
RequiredSkills:
Skilled in product costing analysisorder management invoicing knowledge and comprehensive inventoryoversight.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
Proficient in data analysis tools and MicrosoftExcel.
Database managementsystems and SQL.
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a team.
Detailoriented with ahigh level of accuracy.
