Position Title: MIS Executive (Junior)
Net take home salary: INR 25,000/- to 30,000/-
Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior MIS Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will support the MIS department in managing data, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Reporting:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
System Support:
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of MIS systems.
Provide support to users experiencing issues with MIS applications.
Collaborate with IT to resolve technical problems.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes and procedures.
Assist in the development and updating of user manuals and guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide support.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of MIS processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of database management and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MIS software and tools.
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of HRMS systems.
